About Us

 The Greenwood Group is spearheaded by its Director, Katherine Greenwood. The group is comprised of affiliated coaches, educators, trainers and consultants who match Katherine in skill, talent and enthusiasm. The collaborative contributions of these high level affiliates permit The Greenwood Group to staff each project with a specialized team to meet the client's individualized needs, budget and desires.

 Katherine A. Greenwood is an executive coach and consultant who brings passion, leadership and inspiration to her work. She has the ability to engage and excite her clients to envision new possibilities in their organization, career and personal lives. Katherine is a trained and certified Co-Active Coach. She completed her coaching certification training with The Coaches Training Institute, the worlds largest, non-profit and accredited coach training organization. Katherine is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and served on the programming committee of the Chicago ICF Chapter.

  In executive, organizational and leadership coaching, Katherine works with corporate teams, attorneys and other professionals to streamline organizational processes, spark solutions and innovation, enhance interpersonal skills, improve public relations and to align their business visions with their corporate culture. Katherine's analytical and business skills have been acquired through 20 years of international corporate experience.

 Katherine is frequently asked to serve as the keynote speaker at corporations, associations and educational institutions on topics such as: Designing Vision Statements with Valor and Virtue, Organizational Excellence, Creativity in Corporate Culture and Leadership as a Hero's Journey.In addition to her coaching and consulting practice, Katherine is a dedicated educator. For the last 16 years she has been on the faculty of Loyola University, teaching business law, constitutional law and ethics to post graduate students she has been the recipient of the Faculty Member of the Year Award.

Ms. Greenwood is a Doctoral Candidate at Pacifica Graduate Institute and is presently working on her dissertation which investigates the intersection of the typologies of psyche and soma in the works of C.G. Jung and Rudolf Laban. Additional educational credentials, possessed by Ms. Greenwood include a masters degree, as well as a law degree (Juris Doctorate) from Tulane University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Additionally, Katherine received her mediation training at the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago.
